CONGRATULATIONS!

The Webster Public Library would like to 
welcome your new baby into the community.

Parents of a new baby may contact the library 
to have a new children’s book dedicated in their child's name.

The child’s first name and date of birth will be inscribed on a 
bookplate in the new book.  

The family will be contacted so they can be the first to borrow the book. 

There is no charge to Webster residents for this program.  
Please note that children of non-residents may also be recognized in this way 
for a donation of $15.00 or more.
