The "Ask by E-Mail" service is an e-mail based reference service intended to provide brief answers to factual questions.  A librarian at the Webster Public Library will answer your question using standard reference sources, or may direct you to appropriate resources on the Internet, organization involved with the topic of your question, a specialized library, etc.  For lengthy research, you may wish to visit our library.  Click here for more information...
